Report within 48 hours: Any breakage, damage, or shortage must be reported to us within
48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the goods, the outer packaging, and the delivery documentation. Claims after 48 hours cannot be raised with our transporter and may be declined.
•
Do not install damaged goods. Installation is treated as acceptance of the product.
•
Resolution: Verified damage or shortage is replaced free of charge or refunded, as set out in our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
•
Failed delivery: If delivery cannot be completed because nobody was available, the contact number was unreachable, or the site was inaccessible, the transporter will attempt redelivery. Redelivery and any storage or demurrage charges are payable by you.
•
Refused delivery: A consignment refused without valid reason is treated as a post-dispatch cancellation, and outbound freight, return freight, and the restocking fee in our Refund Policy will be deducted from any refund.
•
Unclaimed goods: Consignments left unclaimed at a transport hub for more than 30 days may be disposed of by the transporter, and we cannot accept liability for them.
